"...out of the blue, something wonderful like this comes along: a CD from a Hungarian band I’d never heard of, with the great Macedonian clarinet and saxophone player Ferus Mustafov.   ...This album opens with the fantastically agile strumming and plucking of tamburas in what sounds like a Macedonian dance tune, ‘Kisacko Kolo’. It’s alive with syncopations and cross-rhythms, supporting an infectious, danceable melody, although it sounds almost comically fast. Around two minutes in Ferus enters, to a blast of applause, and then takes over the tune...."

"Each and every musician, irrespective of the genre that he or she cultivates, seeks to find examples and masters to learn from, as well as to look up to. It is an extraordinary experience for one to play with someone else that one regards as one's master. It is this experience that we intend to share by our third album. Before this album was released, we had played exclusively authentic folk music, so the present CD, from this aspect, is a novelty.
