"LIVIO MOROSIN was born on Jan. 24,1963 in Pula, Croatia.

He is one of the best Croatian authors of pop, rock and ethno music. He started his career in 1980 with the group GUSTAPHI AND HIS GOOD SPIRITS and remains in the group by 1990. Then he begins his very successful cooperation with a singer Alen Vitasovic.
In 1993 he issues his single "Ja ne morem bez nje" (ADAM RECORDS), which gained enormous success, almost the greatest in Croatia ever.

In 1993/94 he issued the album "GUSTI SU GUSTI", again with Alen Vitasovic for Croatia Records. Livio was the producer, author of lyrics and music for this album. Very soon the album became the Gold Record. All the concerts all over Croatia were the top concerts. He writes in Istrian slang and melodies and his way was followed by other eminent Croatian musicians.
In 1996/97 he issues the album I ANELIDI SU BILl CRNCI (Croatia Records) with the group ANELIDI. The hit single from that album was the song TRI NARANCE which was performed on the ETHNO FESTIVAL in NEUM.

In 1999 with Istrian ethno musician DARIO MARUSIC, he issued the album BURA TRAMUNTANA (Croatia Records). For this album he gets greatest Croatian music award "PORIN" for the best ethno album of the year.

In 2002 Livio Morosin issued the aibum ORIHI ORIHI with the famous Croatian actor RADE SERBEDZIJA. The publisher for Slovenia was NIKA RECORDS and for Croatia was DANCING BEAR.
In 2003 he issued the album THE BEST OFF, with the very best hits of his career, but with new arrangements and with the new productions. The album was recorded LIVE In Slovenia and was published for NIKA RECORDS and in Croatia for DANCiNG BEAR. In this album he presents all songs that were performed on the ETHNO FESTIVAL in Neum, in the last ten years.

Livio Morosin gained several rewards such as MUSIC FESTIVAL ZADAR, MELODIJE ISTRE I KVARNERA FESTIVAL, FESTIVAL ARENA – PULA etc.

He also makes the music for theaters, movies and he is also writing poems. Livio Morosin lives and works in Vodnjan Istra."
